This book is more of a Kings of the Wyld crossed with Suicide Squad, as other reviewers have said, with villains reuniting instead of heroes. I would have preferred the Falcon Prince's identity, along with the demonologist's reason of abandoning her army on the eve of victory, to remain a secret until the very end, but the final twist of Grace's location was satisfying enough. Overall, this was a good story with a slow beginning that slowly picks up speed towards the end of Act 2.
