📚 Review: I liked the premise of this and love how Jesse Q. Sutanto really lets you get to know all the characters, even when the book might be plot based. I liked her writing as usual, and read this in one sitting as I wanted to know what happened next. I did think the last 100 or so pages felt really fast (which isn’t unusual with suspense - but there was a lot going on) with a couple pieces that felt disjointed due to this pacing, and I didn’t love the ending but am also curious about where the characters end up after it. Overall, I’d recommend this!
Graphic: Mental illness, Panic attacks/disorders, Murder, Gaslighting, and Toxic friendship
Minor: Bullying, Cancer, Terminal illness, Toxic relationship, Blood, and Sexual harassment
