I'd been picturing Gavin as Roy Kent before I got to the acknowledgements bit and saw that was in fact exactly who I was supposed to be picturing, and let me tell you, I would not have guessed what is effectively Ted-Roy fanfiction would land so hard for me, but here we are. Loved this one, and Viggo's antics were much better timed making this overall flow much better during the third act than the rest of the series.
