Wow, this book. I inhaled it despite wanting to savor it. The writing is excellent, the dialogue is quick and witty and wonderful and the structure is perfect. While the whirlwind relationship is angsty and steamy and pretty delicious, I appreciated the deeper themes that were addressed - the societal pressure on women as we grow older, double standards between the sexes, finding love and happiness and meaning in life, self discovery, what it looks like and feels like to start over. This had me reeling and sobbing by the end and will stay with me for a very long time.
