This book has Terry Pratchett like fantasy.  Think Harry Potter in a more middle ages like world. The characters are quirky in the most wonderful way.  The little tidbit information about absolutly everything make out 80% of the charm of this world. As an adult I read this book 100% for the adult characters, they have my whole heart.
