The definition of a madcap adventure romance! This wasn’t a perfect book — it dragged on too long, the beginning was nearly nonsensical because of the lack of world building — but it certainly dared to be different and I appreciate the satirical whimsy. Altogether an enjoyable adventure, if not my favorite.
