This is the last warrior series I'm going to read, besides maybe dawn of the clans. The storylines got repetitive and the characters just kept making dumb decisions plus it's not worth it anymore now that firestar is gone. The Erin's got messy with this one and the subsequent series after the prophecy begins. It's not the same at all and it just feels like they're recycling the same tropes and enemies. There are too many plot likes that just feel shoehorned into the book with no thought put into them. Overall series rating is a 2.75 I wish I could've had a better experience. It's not like these books were necessarily bad, but they just weren't as good and didn't hold up to the same standard as the first one did. Maybe I'll read on to dawn of the clans but it'll be a hot minute before I pick it up, IF I pick it up.
