Carly Simon’s 1977 song “No One Does It Better” was the theme song for the James Bond film The Spy Who Loved Me of the same year, but she could’ve been singing about Stephen King. He’s been a successful and prolific writer for longer than I’ve been alive. I couldn’t put this one down. His thoughts on writing are more poignant than anything I’ve read by Brandon Sanderson or J K Rowling.
