The whole premise of this book seemed like something Stephen King would write, which is what drew me to it in the first place. That, and the pretty cover, of course.
I wasn't too sure exactly what to expect going into this; the time travel aspect definitely came as a surprise.
It's not like anything I've read before, and I can really appreciate that. It kept my attention, and I found myself legitimately curious as to where the story was going. It doesn't focus heavily on romance, which is something I was worried about. The negatives of the relationship are noted more than anything.
All in all I think it's a worthy read.
