My feelings are so mixed about this book.
On my right hand - it's a Skulduggery Pleasant book! I love SP!
On my left hand - I really have no idea what is going on with these any more.
Now, these combined make a slight problem. I mostly enjoyed the book, but I just couldn't take some parts. Valkyrie has become a little annoying, a little too awesome for her own good. What happened to the gawky girl who we first met? Oh, yeah, she found out her true name and became the embodiment of evil.
But it was an okay book. Okay.
Just gonna stick this down here, Derek Landy is one of the most comedic writers I've ever read, his works are fabulous and don't let my grouchy reviews put you off. I've met him twice <3 and he double-signed my books. DOUBLE-SIGNED.
