nerdontheloose 's review for:
Congo
by Michael Crichton
This will always remain my absolute favorite. This is just amazing, I have no other words. I love how MC weaves the story in and around facts, I mean I had a hard time differentiating between fact & fiction in this one, and the only excuse I have is, I was kinda young when I first read this book.
And let's not talk abt the movie based on this book, it's just pure embarassing, and makes me angry, it doesnt do justice to even 5% of the book and almost ruins the whole plot. If u have watched the movie, I apologise. But u must have heard that you are not supposed to judge a book by it's movie. So, just forget abt the movie, and plunge right into the book, if u like mind blowing facts & figures, u'll absolutely love it.
