This whole book is a cliché, the writing is really bad, there’s so many bad comparisons and sentences that this writes probably thought were very cool when she wrote them. But honestly they’re really corny and sad.
I didn’t like that the whole book just plays out on Ten choosing her side, and we’re somewhat convinced that she’s picking Myriad. The boy, the family, the agreeing of punishment. And in the LAST minute she picks Troika anyways.
This book gets two stars, and if it wasn’t for the fact of the fantasy that really gets stuck, it would’ve gotten one star for its bad, bad writing.
If this writer would write an ordinary, romance young-adult book (maybe she already has) I would NOT read it.
