This was a super quick read and I liked how each chapter kind of felt like itโ€™s own little short story within the larger tale, if that makes any sense. This book is a great portrait of life in the Middle Ages and I learned a lot of interesting things.

I really liked the main character, but my favorite character was the cat. He was the cutest.
