Gosh, this book was just delectable.

I loved it from start to finish. Cary and Melissa were wonderful protagonists. I loved their entire relationship-- their romantic feelings were always obviously mutual (including to one another) but friendship took precedent, as Cary allowed Melissa time to embrace those feelings while still being there are friend and partner in her life. But he also knew when to ensure she realized what he felt was real and demonstrated how committed he was. I also adored the bond between Cary and Melissa's daughter.

The book is giant warm hug, and the romance that develops between our protagonists is nothing short of beautiful.

Definitely recommend!
