The Edge of Never by J.A. Redmerski
4.0

For a book to get 5 starts from me it has to be an "I would rather go to work with no sleep then put this down" kind of book, and this wasn't good enough for that. Despite the high rating, I don't feel the urge to continue the journey of Camryn and Andrew into the next book 'The Edge of always'. Redmerski tied all the loose ends up nicely and I was satisfied enough with the ending that I was happy to leave it there. This may seem strange considering the 4 Stars I gave the book, but the rating is reflective of the deluge of tears, laughter and genuine emotion it was able to elicit from me. I have been reading the same style/genre of book for a while now and think my disinterest in continuing this series is more a reflection of my need to mix it up a bit than the quality of writing.

There is much to love about 'The Edge of Never' and maybe after a bit of variety, I will be ready to return to the story of Camryn and Andrew for the second instalment. Enjoy!
