The Wolf of Oren-Yaro by K.S. Villoso

4.0

It took me a few chapters to get into, but then I was hooked. The main character is extremely flawed which leads to her making a lot of bad decisions which did start to get tedious. Her title as the bitch queen often doesn't seem to fit her, though it's clear how she earned it with her own people.
I loved Khine. He's the best thing about the book. I hope she falls in love with him, ditches the husband, and grows into a queen that helps her people.
The audiobook did give some characters really annoying voices. The villain's was the worst. He was cartoonish already with his evil plots, so the voice made it too much.
