This book is an amazing sequel (and prelude) to the finale of the Pandava series. By far, this one was the most adventurous and intense of the series which I really love.

We see our main characters undergo a certain growth in this book, not just in their strengths, but also the maturity and empathy that they have as heroines of their world. The writing was splendid with the imagery and world-building, their magic was, as always, an amazing touch. But was also truly impressed me the most was the characterization of the characters in this book - it dove deeper in the emotional aspect, and we see the rawness of our characters in a different light. It makes them more relatable and grounded, which elevates the story and amplifies the importance of the journey.

This book certainly serves the right build up as we reach the finale, and I cannot wait to read the next book.
