I thought this was better than some of her other books I've read but it still dragged on a bit. Brooke and Julian are a married couple, she works two jobs to keep them afloat in NYC while he chases the dream of a music career. When he becomes an overnight sensation the two are thrown into a whirlwind of fame, fans, and parties. The thing I didn't like the most about this book was how typical everything seemed to be. Oh his parents are snotty hamptons people who don't appreciate him and his choice of career, the prep school girls struggling with eating disorders etc. I do wish there had been a little more about Nola, her character could end up being another book.
