I enjoyed this a lot, but there were a couple of things that kept it from being an all-time favorite. Cam wasn't my favorite hero - his grumpiness and jerk-y-ness was too much for my taste. Also, there was a transition between two consecutive chapters towards the end that had left me thoroughly confused; one chapter ended with a funny reveal/cliffhanger in a bar, and the next started somewhere else referencing events that never happened on-page. I wanted a follow-up to the funny reveal, and instead I was left confused and rereading the previous chapter twice to make sure I didn't skim over anything by accident.

I love the potential for this series, and I am looking forward to the sequels!
