The Good Father by Noah Hawley

3.0

I'm not sure about this one. I raced through it, it's that kind of book. But I didn't find it wholly convincing. Hard to put my finger on it, I expected to be clutching my heart at an overwhelming sense of "I'll do anything for my child", but I wasn't really. It felt a bit too clinical. Other reviewers have criticised the ending, but actually I thought the ending was very effective.
