the first half was an easy 5 star, the second lost me a little bit. the friendship between
zahra and harun
(definitely my favourite thing about the book) was SO much more fun to read about than their romance, which was too cheesy for my liking. they did have chemistry though, and i liked how their relationship unraveled through the book.

i also really, really enjoyed the cultural aspects of this! i don't think i've read a book by and about bangladeshi people before, and i'm very glad i did :)
