I am blown away by Abby Jimenez once again!
The book follows Emma and Justin on their winding path to each other. They each go through some very significant personal changes and make the effort to work on themselves, instead of making their problems everyone else’s problems.
I really love all of the little throwbacks to her other books that Abby adds in. I also enjoyed the fact that I was so enthralled with the relationship / story that the big reveal caught me off guard and have me full body chills!! The story telling is so real it feels like I’m living it along with the characters.
Remember “In a world where you can choose anger or empathy, always choose empathy…”
My only complaint is that I’ll have to wait a while for her next book to come out.
I am very thankful I was able to read an ARC through NetGalley! Thank you Forever publishing team for this opportunity!
