The last third of this novel took the rating from 3 stars to 4. Jane is an incredible narrator, and I loved her frequent communication with the reader. She is an absolute star, and I will miss having access to her thoughts.

OKAY. Reading this for class was SO vastly different. Rochester now SUCKS, and the tropes are insane. I think Louisa would like this LOL. That all said, we are having such great discussion on this in class and I can't wait to write my essay on it!
