Definitely not the strongest in the series, but still a fun time with the familiar faces. The relationship between Halt and Horace is the strong point of this book, while its weakness lies in the plot. As interesting as the characters are, not enough really happens with them. Some good moments though, and the title of Book 9 is very intriguing.
