Damaged by Layla Frost

5.0

Just when I thought Deathly (the other book in this unbelievable duet) by Brynne Asher was dark and twistedly tantalizing in waltzes Layla Frost and her half of the duet.

Holy Hell, I can’t even tell you how many emotions I went through in this book! I felt every bit of depression, darkness and hope that Briar and Alexander shared with us.

Briar is beyond Damaged and she has every right to be as broken as she is. Alexander, who’s a little messed up himself, OK a lot messed up, has a history if his own. They come together with a depth of passion and darkness that many “normal” people wouldn’t be able to come back from, yet they survive because they have each other.
