I don’t know,, I just don’t vibe with the book at all. I felt like the main character Audrey was… too much of a pick me-
Like seriously, that whole ‘I’m not different’ thing was just so… CRINGE! Like, I know being pick me is all about ‘I’m not like other girls, I’m different’ but Audrey’s personality was so opposite of pick me, it felt like she was trying hard not to be a pick me. And Audrey was just so… INSUFFERABLE!! God, she was so dramatic and annoying at times. And Harry is such a red flag, there was barely any chemistry between them. I just, urgh- I wish I read something else instead
The entire book was trying so hard to not be cringe that it actually in fact became cringe.
I chose to read this after seeing the reviews and it makes me wonder whether I accidentally read an off brand version of the book ;-;
