This book was a hard read for me, only because I found it quite difficult as a person who does not want to be a mother ever. It was very up and down for me, but the ending act made it all worth it. Such beautiful imagery, and it perfectly encapsulated what femininity is to me. It perfectly described what I think motherhood would be like.
