Left to Tell: Discovering God Amidst the Rwandan Holocaust by Immaculée Ilibagiza

5.0

My old AP lang teacher and current debate teacher recommended this to me. I must say this is another amazing story about a survivor of the Rwandan genocide. I have read An Ordinary Man by Paul Rusesabagina and I think it would be great pairing these two stories together. While Paul was a full forty something year old man when this took place, Immaculee was early twenties so you really get to see the horrors of what took place through two different people's lives.
