This is how you do a girl-obsessed story right. I loved this book so much, and it’s all thanks to the sharp and captivating Isabella, who truly made the story shine with her cunning mind. I was in awe of her strength and how she handled everything so exquisitely well—way beyond her years. I totally lose it for a strong fmc, especially in the mafia romance genre, who understands and fully owns her role in the world she was born into. I was worried part two might not live up to the first, but it was even better. Luca, freed from his fears due to his memory loss, finally acted on his instincts without hesitation, discovering himself and his past life in a way I’d hoped for. I’ve seen some reviews calling this book boring, and I just don’t get it. I was hooked from the first page and could barely put down my Kindle, eager to see how everything would unfold.
