fictionarymind 's review for:

The Player by K. Bromberg
5.0

Kristy Bromberg!?!?!?!?! WHAT'S GOING ON, HOW COULD YOU, WHAT'S SCOUT'S INTERFERENCE IF SHE GOT ONE?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Dammit. I think I've reread the last 3 chapters a bunch of times and I'm still as confused.

Okay, I better get on with my review, bc the book I couldn't put down for a second. It took me nothing to get captured. First you thought, oh, Easton Wylder is gonna be your typical sportsahlete with an arrogance you think is annoying, and it also seemed so, but naaaahhh that's not the real Easton (although he still has that smirk on his gorgeous face).

Easton Wylder is simply fantastic, how he loves, how he fights for what he wants, how he manages to even keep a spooked woman under wraps ;) I love him. He's naturally funny, good looking and has a huge heart you know.

Scout Dalton, oh Scout. I really like her character too. She's strong and independent. BUT THE END CONFUSES ME! It's not that I'm doubting Scout, and she wouldn't hurt Easton, but I can't figure out what the heck happened.....

THIS book is amazing. I recommend it to anyone who wants to read this genre.
I've almost every single book by Kristy that I've read, and this one didn't let me down one bit. It owned me. I'm so glad I waited to read it a couple of days before The Catch's release though.. Now I can't wait for book 2.
