Everything at Last by Kimberly Lang
4.0

Everything at Last ( Magnolia, #2) by Kimberly Lang is a 2016 publication.

The romance is a little understated and while there are adult situations and innuendo, the door to the bedroom is closed.
However, I did pick up on some important points in the story I feel are worth mentioning--
With women, the struggle for independence can be a hard fought battle and for Molly it is especially important, as is her privacy. However, in our ‘strong woman’ society, we sometimes forget that accepting help is not a sign of weakness. That’s what friends and family do and that’s true with our romantic relationships as well… we take care of each other, have each other’s back. One can still take care of things, fight their own battles, and yet lean on someone for support and allow them to help carry the burden. Yet, trusting someone and letting go or backing off is also a part of making relationships of any kind work.
Overall, this is a nice, solid, sweet contemporary romance, which adds some subtle life messages, with shades of chick lit or women’s fiction as well. This is a story most anyone can enjoy.
