I went in expecting cheesy one liners, over the top motivation with a few practical bits of advise sprinkled throughout. What did I receive?
Not so over-the-top motivation with a ton of practical insight, ideas and strategies on various topics such as sales, hiring the right team members, personal leadership skills, delegation, dealing with fear along with a few great stories from some of the worlds top entrepreneurs. If you've read other books along these lines you probably won't be blown away by anything but I believe its still worth a read. Anyone at any level of entrepreneurship can get something from this book.
