The Caterpillar's Question by Philip José Farmer, Piers Anthony
3.0
When I read this back in my teen years, I was like, "Oh this book so gets me!"
I thought it dead adventurous but without too much over the top biff baff, sock em' and zap 'em!
I was rather impressed.
On re-reading it in my old & gristly I see it really wasn't all that.
The teen sex bit seemed a wee bit out of order, the story is slow and rather cheesy and well, it's not exactly the thrilling read I once thought it was!
How disappointed was I?
Very, the answer is very!
Still I recommend it for younger readers, and for folk who want a book that is uncomplicated and cute, sci-fi lite.
