I am trying to be careful with this review so to not give away anything, because even though this book is over a year old, I think it is best read without spoilers. This is one book that I will forever be grateful that I took a chance and read it. I wasn’t sure about it but a friend convinced me to read it and it was one of my favorite reads of the year! This story is something that I will always be thinking about. The triggers were handled so well that they didn’t even bother me. The emotions were so powerful throughout this book. Cora and Dean had one hell of a journey to their HEA. They literally went to hell and back and then had to fight off their demons together and individually. This book was beautiful and raw and a little bit twisted. I would recommend this book to everyone even if it is a little out of their comfort zone.
