This book encourages a reader to view the gory and disturbing realities behind the human mind, revealing a haunting and fascinating view of unconscious desires and hopes which challenge the socially acceptable and rational. The slow deterioration of the main character’s moral compass hint to the consuming power that money and greed can have over a person, encouraging them to become increasingly self serving and careless in their actions.
