This was another fantastic book by Tracy Lorraine and I had no idea just how much I needed it. I was so excited when I found that Kane was getting his own story because what I saw of him in Legend had me really intrigued.
So Kane and Scarlett’s story so far has been one hell of an emotional roller coaster ride. I would definitely recommend reading the prequel The Mistakes You Make because it takes you back to the beginning and shows why their relationship is the way it is.
As the story started to unravel I found my heart breaking more and more for Scarlett because she has been through so much. I didn’t find Kane to be the usual bully and I have to say that he actually really surprised me.
OMFG what was that ending!!! It literally took my breath away and not in a good way. I can’t wait to find out what happens next in The Deception You Weave.
