Twilight Stories by Rhoda Broughton

3.0

Five short stories put together into one book by Victoria Secrets. Of the five stories, the only two that I thought were slightly better than average were The Man with the Noose, and Poor Pretty Bobby, the first being only moderately eerie, while the latter more sad than anything else.
I have a problem with Rhoda Broughton's writing style, in that she places her pronouns at the end of sentences, which seems unnatural, and distracted me.
These stories certainly weren't bad, but there are definitely more interesting authors out there to read instead.
