How the King of Elfhame Learned to Hate Stories by Holly Black
5.0
I loved everything about... the art, the history, the characters development... everything...
What I liked:
I like how we got to see and learn more about Cardan and how he was raised and turned out they way he did when we first met him in the series. But most importantly the WHY he did things and what he thought of Jude. His point of view makes their story 10x better.
I liked how we are told one overall story but with 3 different variations throughout the book with different meanings to connect with Cardan.
I like we got to see Cardan and Jude’s relationship grow a little more.
I love Cardan before I read this book but now that I finished I love him even more (if’s that’s even possible)
What I did not like:
There is only one thing I did not like... what is that THIS BOOK WAS WAY TOO SHORT AND I WANT MORE!!!!!!!!!!
Overall, I like how this told the after of happy ever after as well as go into more detail in Cardan’s past and upbringing.
