Stitching Snow by R.C Lewis is obviously a retelling of the well-known fairytale Snow white. In this story Princess Snow finds herself-outside of her kingdom on a planet called Thandra. She works there with her seven androids adequately. Down comes crashing Dane to rescue her. But this damsel in distress does not need any help from him! I've read many books and this one hits all the right notes for Teen novel. Snarky heroine, check. Handsome prince that we wants to punch in the face, check. Funny side characters, check. And an evil that can only be destroyed by people under the age 18, check. I really did enjoy this story and will be recommending it to others, but I just wish there was something deeper.
