This book centers on Debbie's (the author) personal journey with mental health, honing in on her struggles with depression and anxiety. Through her own experiences, she illustrated her methods for coping and making progress. Her drawings vividly captured her emotional journey.

I found this book highly relatable, as I often struggle with anxiety and feelings of worthlessness myself. Debbie's words and illustrations were incredibly refreshing and reassuring, reminding me that I too can overcome these challenges.

Reading her story made me realize that everything will be okay. No, everything IS ok.

This is truly a helpful and touching book.
