Perfect Chaos by Jodi Ellen Malpas

1.0

This wasn't the right fit for me. This book was suggested by an AI, but it didn't align with my preferences that I asked for!
Firstly, I found the plot to be less engaging than I had hoped. It felt disjointed and didn't capture my interest. The plot was predictable and lacked originality, making it hard to stay interested. The storyline lacked the depth and excitement I was looking for, and I couldn't connect with the characters or their journey.
The chemistry between the main characters felt forced and unconvincing. Moreover, the characters were not well-developed, making it difficult to empathize with them or care about their outcomes. The pacing was also uneven, with some parts dragging on too long and others feeling rushed.
The narrator's style didn't resonate with me. I struggled to stay engaged with the narration. The combination of the plot and the narration made it difficult for me to stay invested.
I listened to the audiobook for about 5 hours before deciding to put it down. While I appreciate the effort and creativity that went into writing this book, it simply wasn't my cup of tea. However, I acknowledge that others might find it more enjoyable, and I encourage potential readers to consider a sample before making a decision.
