Guilty Pleasures by Laurell K. Hamilton

1.0

With all of the amazing reviews for this book, I expected so much more. I feel as if Laurell Hamilton was on to something great, but the writing took away from what could have been a wonderful book. I often found myself reworking the sentences in my head to make them better, then was quite confused when it all ended. These books of hers are labeled as romance, which I now realize is for her later books (which I have also read, in hopes of them getting better as people said. They did not.).

I'm quite surprised I even finished this book since I dozed off each time I picked it up.
