Excellent absolutely excellent. I loved the characters and feel really connected to them now just like in the Farseer Trilogy. I actually like Malta now which is kind of horrifying but I still don't like Kennit so that's good at least. This story was absolutely gripping and remained so for the whole 900 pages which is no easy task. The ending was great and I'm really excited to see what happens in the next book. Wintrow is great are Althea and Brashen. Hobb just writes characters so well. They are so believable and real and flawed and just human. What a book!
