Sadie by Courtney Summers
5.0

This book definitely means to capture the sensation that is true crime podcasts and it delivers! The book follows a teenage girl whose younger sister is brutally murdered. Our main character, Sadie, sets out to punish her killer.

The book alternates between what seems like a transcript of a podcast and Sadie's point of view. I could not put this book down, especially during the Sadie chapters. The book deals with some tough subject matter, but it was by far the best book I've read this year.
