my friend recommended this to me and i didn't think i was actually going to read it but it SLAPPED not gonna lie. it was SO entertaining which is why i finished it in 3 days (literally the fastest i've finished a book since many many months ago) (junior year is killing me). i LOVED the tension between avi and kyran, the enemies to lovers was soooo on point. you could just tell how much they were attracted to each other even though they seemed like they hated each other and it was so spicy, but the evolution of their love story was super sweet. only a few parts were kinda silly and cringey but it lowkey just made it even more fun cuz i was laughing and smiling sm while reading this!! i feel like it was the perfect mix of fluff and smut (which, speaking of, was amazing). there was just something about the way nyla k's writing captured the intimacy between the two MCs was sooooo good.
