I did not begin this book knowing I would become obsessed with Loki the eternal headache of the gods, but that's what happened. Tom Hiddleston portrayal or no, Loki was never my favorite of the Marvel Norse gods...but I must say, the truer version of them all makes Loki that much more compelling. The tales of giants and dwarves and elves and Thor happily murdering countless people and monsters were all equally entertaining and interesting for a mythology lover like myself. Will happily be storing this alongside my Edith Hamilton book of Greek myths.
