Sweeping Up Glass by Carolyn Wall
5.0
This is an excellent book that I probably would not have picked up without a recommendation from my wife. The story is very compelling on many different levels. Reviewers have compared it to To Kill A Mockingbird, but I think that comparison is superficial, based primarily on the fact that race relations in the south play an important role. The importance of relationships, both within the family and outside of it, is really the glue that holds the narrative together. The use of the wolves is another interesting theme.
