This was a really enjoyable read, I loved the Christmas vibes and I love learning about the characters and their lives. It's really interesting seeing Lila's character development, and how she does things since she's an Ate. As an Ate, she has to take care of the family and her siblings and she's also good with kids because of that, so she does babysitting gigs to support her family and also workings at the Bookworm's Inn, also Ms Velasco, Teddy's aunt's shop. Anyway the story between Lila and Teddy is really a heartwarming one as they grow together, from enemies to lovers :D I really liked being in Lila's pov because we got to better understand her character and the way she thinks and how her brain works, which is why she's so organised. Teddy was like hot and cold about the Inn and Holly at the start but at the end we see why. I really liked Lila's family, they all seem so nice and they're really close and support each other. I really like Irene in particular that while she relies on Lila as support, she also helps her take the step she needs at the end :) I quite liked what the Inn themed about which is a story that's a book turned movie with a Filipino American Actress as Estelle, like Lila, which is one of the reasons why Lila looks up to her. Also
the moment Lila said that Teddy has like the same phone cover as her, I could immediately guess that they were gonna switch phones :P
I really liked the aspect of Lila being a book blogger writing about her reviews and I quite like the way that she formats her blogs, it got me searching up to see if the books she talks about are real so I could read them! I think it was a great Christmas book and I really enjoyed it!
