The first five books in this series are similar enough that I've decided I'm pretty much writing one collective review. The series spans an (overlapping) period of time and covers a number of guys who work at a tattoo parlor, all of whom have major disabilities. I thought the subject was treated incredibly well, with thoughtfulness and candor, and unlike some other series I've read where multiple people dealt with disabilities, this one didn't feel contrived. These are sweet and cute and charming - you'll like the characters, although admittedly the conflict feels a little similar every time, and I got phenomenally frustrated with the huge amount of chronological overlap between the books. (To the author's credit, I think they realized that getting the same scenes presented in every book was getting a bit old; the last two books didn't have quite as much of a problem with it.) I really loved Sam & Niko's book, as well as Mat & Wyatt's. They're well-written, thoughtful in their approach to both love and disability, and have a decent spice level. I enjoyed them!
