I have truly enjoyed the whole serie! This story again featured headstrong characters, great relationship and dialogues and played very well on my emotions. But in addition to the enjoyable characters and storyline, I so much appreciated nod to historical accuracy that was even more present in this story than in the previous ones. Here it was not only fashion that is appropriate for the era and doesn't forget all the essential undergarments, but also how the women were treated in that time period and how it must have felt, especially for someone as intelligent as Clara.
Definitely want to read more of Loretta Chase!
